Grace Personified has been created to assist people in discovering the answers they seek to lead a life that is alive and present and ever evolving. Though God’s love we learn to turn to Him for the solutions we seek to transform problems, illness and human frailties to possibilities that contain hope, love and compassion.

SPIRITUAL HEALING /Spir-i-choo-al Heal-ing/n.1. The transmission of high-frequency Divine light from the healer to the person receiving it. God’s healing light goes where it is needed most. A healing always takes place in the body, the heart, the mind, or the soul.

Why is Grace Personified calling you? Because you’ve tried many ways to improve and manage your life and they are not enough, or not working. You’ve been praying, perhaps you’ve talked to professionals, and still something is missing. With all that you are doing to make your situation better, you still feel stuck and un-fulfilled. You know without a doubt that there is more to life than you’ve experienced so far, and you’ve no idea which way to turn.

Whether we are doing an individual healing session, a tele-class, clearing your house, or interpersonal and work-related coaching, Divine Presence will gently open the doors of your heart to the discovery of your true heart’s needs and desires. All the answers are within you and Grace paves to way to those inner hidden treasures.

About Susan Smith

Susan’s intention is to bring love, hope, and Healing Light to the lives of the people she comes in contact with. That’s how the title, “transformation agent” came about. Life has taught her that people, especially people of faith, are longing to be loved, heard and shown the way back to peace and love… Before “life” events, broken relationships, our own inner self-defeating voices took over. As a vessel for divine light, she witnesses the deep transformation that happens for people when they open to the Divine. She grew up on the south shore of Long Island, New York. She is happiest when she is outside in the midst of nature. She has been blessed to have 2 diverse careers, including a B.S. degree in Medical Technology from Hartwick College. She has spent almost 20 years as a successful insurance professional, helping her staff and clients create solutions that fit their lives.

Mahabba / Ma-haa-bah / n. 1. Susan’s Sufi Spiritual name, given to her by her Sufi Guide, Sidi Muhammad al-Jamal. 2. Gift of Love and Deep Love. 3. The Love of God

The name Mahabba has helped Susan unlock her divine nature. She was called to Sufism when she was feeling very low and broken after a lengthly divorce. She had not been able give and receive healthy love in relationship. All it took was One taste of Divine Love for her to know that the Sufi journey of Love through the Heart was just the medicine she needed to find inner peace, love and happiness. She appeared calm and successful on the outside; a mask she wore to hide her fear, disappointment, and inner turmoil. She grew up a churchgoer and prayer has been an active part of her life. It still wasn’t enough to help her learn the lessons of her past mistakes and transform victim mentality to God centered self-responsibility. The Sufi Way, of allowing God’s healing light to clean and polish the heart, deepened her love of God and transformed her fears to hope. She was able to shift her life-long belief in God and His Prophets to a heart-centered knowing that she could to be in right relationship with people and enjoy life. She now walks with the Truth that God is the Creator, Protector, and most Merciful Provider for every soul. Love has uncovered the way to her personal experience of the deep Ocean of Divine Love and Mercy that surrounds us all. She is a graduate of the University of Spiritual Healing and Sufism and is currently assisting the faculty during the school sessions. Sufism has taught her how to be of service with her heart turned to God. She is an ordained minister, attained her Masters in Theology and will begin her Doctoral program when it becomes available in 2009.
